Dear Workshop Participants,

We're thrilled to have you join us for our upcoming Grant Writing Workshop! To ensure a smooth and productive experience, please prepare the following documents and information in advance. Having these items readily available will facilitate the workshop process and enable us to focus on honing our grant writing skills effectively.

Documents and Information to Have Handy:

Mission and Vision Statements

  • Please bring a clear and concise statement outlining your organization's mission and vision. This will help guide our discussions on aligning grant proposals with your organization's goals.

List of Board Members

  • Provide a current list of your organization's board members, including their names, titles, and contact information. This information may be needed for grant applications or organizational background.

Last Board Meeting Minutes

  • Share the minutes from your organization's most recent board meeting. This will give us insight into recent discussions, decisions, and any actions taken that may impact grant writing or organizational strategy.
